Remodelling

Do you have unworn heirloom jewellery that’s just not your thing? Or maybe something is broken and has been lying around in your cupboard for years? The temptation might be to sell the jewellery, but remodelling is definitely a solution, especially if you want to retain the sentimentality of your jewellery. During a remodelling commission, I work with you to design and create a whole new piece of jewellery. In most cases I can re-use gemstones by carefully cutting them out of your old jewellery. Precious metal can be melted down and reused and maybe combined with new stones and metal if necessary.

Prices for remodelling start from £175 for melting down a plain wedding band. For work involving more complex designs and techniques, the price will be dependant on the final design.
